The Admiral Wells 01487 831214 - Located about 3/4 mile from the winding place at the end of the navigation, an easy walk down a private track (quiet please, and leave no rubbish) that runs beside the navigation and on beside the railway line down to the public road. Real ales, bar snacks, restaurant, attractive garden.

The Golden Lion, Sixteen Foot Bank 01354 680732 - Good food and good beer. The pub sign is clearly visible from the river, near to the railway bridge. Ring to check that they are serving food.
RAMSEY FOURTY FOOT
The George, Ramsey Forty Foot 01487 812775 - Hearty portions of pub grub, good beer. Moor to the bank near the arched brick road bridge, the George is visible from the bank, just a 200 yard walk. There is a boaters 'visitors' book kept behind the bar, ask for it and sign it, it's well worth a read.
