Due to the current owner moving away from the area, this well maintained 45’ trad is now on the market.
Built in 1994 by Shotbolt Engineering; original fitout by first owner; part professional refit in 2019.

Internally the standard layout consists of:
Engine room, Engine is a Canaline 38, fitted in 2013, and benefits from regular professional servicing and has just 820 hours on it.
The bedroom has plenty of storage, along with a double bed and radiator (central heating via an Alde boiler).
The bathroom benefits from a 2019 Richard Poole refit with a shower, sink and Thetford cassette toilet (with spare cassette) and new water pump.
The kitchen has also been recently partially refitted with new work surface, Belfast sink and Thetford 3 ring hob; there is a separate Smev oven and Waeco 12V fridge, plenty of storage and a side hatch.
Moving into the living area, the dinette and sofa converts into a double bed, and the Stovax stove is situated mid boat, keeping the boat warm during the winter months.
The bow has a wooden A frame and canvas cover, and the gas locker is situated at the front.
